Cancellations & refunds: Tours and concierge bookings have tiered cancellation terms; deposits partially refundable depending on notice period and non‑refundable supplier costs. Specific terms provided at booking.

Legal & financial services: We introduce vetted lawyers, insurers and lenders but do not charge for their professional fees. Clients pay third‑party professional fees directly.
